Fronted the money for this steering wheel for someone a week ago. Person flaked on me. Just trying to make my money back wheel was 26000Y in cash it was 280$ so thats what i want + paypal fees. I'll eat shipping. If you can do bank transfer i'll ship after the money hits my account (if you don't want to pay paypal fee's).
