S14 lower harness to SR questions

I know that this has been covered before, but I've searched and I couldn't find anything that helped me. The harness is setup for the SR already and it ran with it, but I'm trying to tuck some of my wire harness, which means getting rid of unnecessary wires/plugs. I took it off a while ago so I'm confused. I took apart my lower harness today and realized I had no clue what plugs go to what. There is a speed sensor and another plug that can get plugged in and there's a random plug hanging out of the transmission about 5 inches in front of the speed sensor. Do I use that? I don't know what to do, I took some pictures if somebody can help out.

And what is this?? its just one wire that is black/ yellow(i think) and it has a female connector on it.

You took the harness off, right? Where was all that plugged in before?

Red and red/yellow 2pin gray plug - VSS
Black/yellow single gray plug - starter solenoid
White and yellow/red 2pin gray plug - alternator charging plug
Black 12 ga wire with ring - alternator ground
Black/red 6ga wire with ring - alternator charging post
Black/red 4 ga wire with ring - starter power

That's really all you need. The yellow/blue and black is the 5th gears switch, the green and black is reverse lights. The 3pin light gray plug with a shielded wire in it is the rear O2. Not used on an SR.

Alright thanks for the help. So basically all I need on tail end that goes on the transmission is the VSS and the reverse plugs.
