FS: 93 240sx hatch in SoCal with SR20DET

I have a 93 hatch in charcoal gray. Car is in great condition. No accidents or frame damage. Clean title. New paint job. Interior is in good shape. No cracks on dash, no tear in seats. Carpet is good. All gauges work. Power locks, power windows, everything works except the radio antenna. Manual transmission. No water leaks. Full stock interior is all there. There is approximately 155,000 miles on the car. The SR20DET redtop has approximately 70k miles on it. Runs strong! No oil leaks. Oh, AC equipment was removed. Never tracked the car or raced it. Also, just had an alarm installed on it on 02/20/09... So basically, I finally got it the way I wanted it, and now I'm selling it. Need to do the family car thing :( Anyway, I'm asking $5950 obo for the complete car as is ... Comes with stock rims and tires, not the wheels in the pics below... Also willing to sell for $5750 without the Xenon front lip...Possibly even lower than that with other parts removed... List of mods is as follows:
