its a striking car, if GM had some brains they'd stop badging opels under the budget saturn name and slap a buick grill on that car to compete upmarket in the high 20s low 30s range.. hell even badge it as a new impala, screw saturn.
edit: pardon the title typeo

you do realize the auras range from ~22k to 30k? and that they are fucking nice ass cars. they were selling good as shit until the 08 malibus came out. which is essentially the same car just a tad nicer looking.

Opels and Euro Fords are nice looking cars. If Ford brought over some of its euro line up sales would increase guaranteed.

not to mention thats two-three times the car that any ford is. get a german car into the peoples hands cheaper without sacrificing quality and decrease the cost of maintenance. until then german will be luxury and not in the same price range

European Fords are very good cars. In fact they are as good as any of the German cars and a lot more affordable. There is a reason so many of them sell in England. Now if you give Ford U.S. half a chance to retool their American plants to make those cars here and come up with new designs I bet they will make nice cars that will stifle your criticism.

I agree. I LOVE many of the oversea Ford's and I'm not a general Ford fan either.

The opel looks okay.
The article is lousy though.
It's high on drivel and low on specifics.
No mention of pricing and no specs mentioned in the way it performs (that I could find).
About the car, exactly what is there to set itself away from the competition?
