Must not be a Skyline seat then. All but one line up. Unless someone bent the brackets all to hell.

3 of the 4 line up. you need to add about a 1" extension on the outer rear bolt hole.
I've modded several R32 GT-R seats. Once you do this, they will fit in S13's and S14's no problem.

it doesnt matter which one doesnt line up.
what ever one does NOT line up then weld in a tab extension so that it does bolt down secure.

doesn't matter RHD or LHD the back outer one on each seat should be the one you weld the extension on to.
Only reason is that it is the EASIEST to work with. The front ones and the back one that mounts to the transmission well are alot more difficult to work with.
I'll try and post up a pic of mine later.

Just to give you an idea...

My $200 R32's :) gotta love friends who upgrade to $1000 per seat Brides...

I don't recommend long term driving without bolting down all four corners...
I could feel the corner not bolted down lifting under hard breaking in a friends car. He was in too much of a hurry to do the job all the way through.

you cut the end of the r32 seat rail then weld the tab on? seams liek my r33 rails where just long enough to make it to the bolt but not around it.

/\ had to add the extension. The bolt hole didn't even come close to lining up
you get a better shot of how close it is.

I used a grinder disc to "clean up" the end of the Skyline seat rail, and the donor hole then welded them together. of course I measured it out to ensure it would work. I also ground down the "dimple" that protrudes from the Skyline seat rails blot hole, so that the rail would seat properly.
What took the most time was waiting for another customer to clear out of the base hobby shop. total time was about 10 minutes per seat, including bolting them in the car.

from the fabrication thread:
How to make R32 Seat rails fit s13.
1. mount rail in car.
2. check where it does't line up. on mine, it was the rear, outer side of rail.
3. mock some shit up
4. weld some shit up
I just used a washer, ground one side to the contour of the edge of the rail.

there ya go.

gave it a shot of paint and it bolted in just dandy. It will still fit R32.
Probably the most simple thing in this thread...but that's it
