Okay so I just installed my Spec II Exhaust w/ M.R. Test Pipe on my S13 and I have a question...
Why would I be running extremely Hot and occasionally getting to the point of overheating after installing them, with no other changes to anything else?
Car didn't have this problem before install and don't see how one would lead to the other, so I'm stumped.

you must have dropped a gasket when u were bolting up the exh and blocked it somehow.. but blocking an exh is the only way to make ur car overheat w/ just replaceing the cat/back or while u were under the car someone was messing w/ ur rad/wp/thermo/etc lol

Naw it was just me and my dad. What do u mean dropped a gasket? I used the 2 Gaskets that came with the Test Pipe and bolted it right up. Nothing else was messed with when installed.
I have a Greddy Multiswitcher unit that is controlling my fans and displays the temp of the car and prior to installing I never came to the temp where my fans needed to be used (195*), but now it is. And to top things off its reading wrong because of a bubble in my system or something and is reading colder then it should by I'd say 10-20*, but that's big when ur fans don't turn on till you're already about to overheat.

Maybe its just a coincidence that your cooling system fucked up after your exhaust install. Go through and check your coolant/bleed system, thermostat. Check your wiring/fuses for your fan and go from there.

Yea howard that's what I was thinking too, that's the only thing that seems somewhat reasonable... I'm going to check it all out tomorrow.
