Cost for tranny swap (AT-MT)

Ive got a Black 97 240 and unfortunately it is an automatic. I'm pretty serious about swapping the tranny but i'd like to know how much it costs. Please Help!

labor cost? probably near 1k from a mechanic. do it yourself though.

I have a whole clutch petal assy(clutch, brake, and gas) and hydro lines all to convert it over to 5speed. All from a S14.. Let me know 501-952-0173
