from previous experiences with him he didnt want to give out his cell as he does that on the side for obvious reasons.

just be patient he will reply to you via emails.

Yep, same story here.

I tried getting an address for them and all that there is a P.O. Box.

No phone numbers because he does it as a side job.

You just gotta be patient and wait for a response to your e-mails, there is really no other way. :-/

I hear he makes a great product and that his customer service sucks, thats why i went power FC. Maybe it's time for him to expand.

I had the same problem when I purchased a retune for my ECU. But then he got back to my email and overnighted it to me.

One more reason to go with JWT instead - they're about the same price.

Sorry to hear that you're without-ECU :(

IIRC ask scott for his AIM, its usually easier than email to get ahold of him. Like others have said its not always easy to turn out all these ecus when its not his main job. Hes doing you a service IMO, unless its been A LONG period of time theres no reason to gripe.

hes doing me a service im paying for. whether its his job, or his 10th job, the buyer is entitled to reasonable communcation. and when the website claims "That is why I offer 2-3 day turnaround time on all ECU's and next day return
shipping is included on all U.S. orders with valid UPS addresses", and hes already misquoted me a turnaround time....i dont think im being irrational

Either way I've never had ANY problems with Scott as far as communication goes. Sorry to hear your having a difficult time, but I'm sure he will have a valid reason for the hold up. With people I know he has always rectified any negative situations with customers ASAP

lol - i'd insert a shameless plug - but they're good people down there, just not very timely.

i've seen it take months before.

its a good thing my site says the opposite when it comes to build-times. :-)

gotta be a bit understanding though, especially given the current economic situation. not that its an excuse by any means, but everyone nowadays has been in a pinch.

ive never purchased from scott, but he was very helpful when i inquired with him researching my future ECU setup. he's a good guy. just be patient, it will all work out.
