How do I remove my windshield?? (and trim)

Well before you flame me for being an idiot and trying to do the windshield myself, relax, all i really need to do is remove it.

More specifically i need to properly remove the windshield trim/seal, i'm almost 100% that the side pieces are reusable and i don't want to damage them.

Basically, I'm prepping the car for paint, and my windshield is cracked. since I'm replacing the windshield after paint, i want to remove the trim so i don't have a chance of the window guys messing up my new paint putting in the new window.

Piano wire run back and forth until done. The trick is getting it started so you can slowly slice through the sealant.
