KA24D sohc timing chain and tensioner replacement

does anyone have any copy's of the manual for the replacement of the timing chain and timing chain tensioner.
or if you just can write it out in steps.
please only people who already done this unless you have the manual.

Well you said D and SOHC in your post, so Iam assuming KA24E.

The D means dual over head.
