Couple of weeks ago my passenger window would no longer roll down. I kept on hearing clicking, then just yesterday my drivers side window would no longer roll up. I looked every were to see if anyone had the same issue and many did but the opposite way it happened to me my fuses are fine any suggestions?:bowrofl:

what year is your car 95, 96? i think its probably your power wires coming off the motor are fried, thats what happened to me b/c motor got really hot and toasted it.

if you really want, u could take a spare battery and run juice directly to the motors and see if it does anything.

if you hear clicking your amp/switch is doing its job
90% its your motor that gone bad.
if thats the case i can fix it for $40 shiped
first feed power directly to the motor plug. Don't worry about polarity b/c either way it will go down or up

it is a 95 another thing I noticed was that the wires connected to the window control become hot. I will check all the wires tonight, Will it make a difference if I get the amp and control until from my friends 97?

Yes, there is no amp on 96+ models and the door harness plugs are different.
If the wiring gets hot, the motor is seeing resistance, it's probably burned up. Hook a battery directly to the motor, but put a fuse inline on the positive lead. If it's indeed dead you could short the battery out while you're holding it.
