I doubt it was ice, NC has been oddly warm for the last 3 days, but it HAS been raining here in Greensboro...

I am not insinuating you were f*in around on the road, but do these kids understand that these cars are not in production anymore, and everytime one is destroyed; that is one less that we will ever see on the road again. Thats it, its gone, and pretty soon it will be the dinosaur of rwd imports

Just one? I'll take my digi cam to the shop saturday and show you a shop full of 240, 260, and 280Zs, 280ZXs and 2 Z31s... A friend of mine has at least 9 of them himself and is working on getting them all on the road, couple of them with fender flares, got some watanabes and panasports kinda hanging out. You'd shit if you saw the stuff waiting to be used.

well it was slicker than i thought on the road and i was going a lil to fast bc i was late for school ... and well i lost control .... i had plans for that car ... im pretty ****ed about it ... and well the insurance thing is still getting worked out ... we did get a ticket and my dad doesnt know if he should claim it or not ... im gonna ask my friend who is an insurance agent .... well see .... ill gonna go take pics of it today or tomorrow ... does anyone know of any 240s for sale in nc sc or va .... good condition ones ..... either im gonna get an other 240s or gsr

The GSR I am asking $5500 for. All stock and in pretty nice condition. Red, power everything(moonroof,mirrors, windows etc.) Cd player, prisitne interior. Runs very strong. Alloys...pretty much everything except leather.)

2000 miles on new engine. Has ROH reflex wheels wrapped in Dunlop sp8000 sport rubber(very grippy). Tokico shocks and eibach springs. Has an amazing kenwood cd player also. And a custom red interior and Red racing seat(no harness). (silvia emblems optional LOL!)

Sorry to hear about that man. I hope you loved that car a lot, so your not so careless next time. Just to let you know, there's two at dealerships here in Fayetteville, s13's at least a '91(non-pignose). I also know of a few s13's that are sittin on blocks waiting to be someone's baby project, one gold coupe and a burgandy hatch. Hope your more careful w/ the next one. Remember, speed limits are there for a reason. Don't think I'm scolding you, I just want to make sure your more careful w/ the next one. I feel like I should let out a tear everytime I hear of one going down. It's sad really. An endangered species slowly dying. Speaking of which, any one got a male s13 to breed w/ my s14. I think she's going in heat soon. Need to bring back the #'s.

i was almost in the same situation yesterday. Some idoit driving a BIG truck hauling a really long trailer pulled out in front of me in the rain. i was doing 5 mph under speed limit, but i still had to go off the road to avoid him :(

I'm so glad it didn't hit any further back. One thing that amazes me is the fact that your front DS wheel still looks to be perfect! Nice looking wheels btw :)

I'm sorry about your loss. See if you can buy it back from the insurance company (if you had full-coverage, which it sounds like you did) and part it out. You have a lot of good parts left. Did it do much damage to the engine itself? That tree went in pretty deep :(

sorry about the car man. been there. I went for a run one evening last aug and came back to my Black 91 with 36 thousand miles, totalled by a hit and run driver. thank god for full coverage, but what a pain in the ass . never want to have to go throw that again.

i say if the celica turns out to be a decent price, you should go for it. its a pretty good car, and it comes with a 3SGTE which is a very powerful motor. they arent too fun to work on though, and you will see why if you take a look under the hood hehehe. ;)

well what ever car i get (either the celica or the talon tsi) is not my decision ... its my dad ... i really want to celica ... but i know that my new car is gonna be stock bc i need to pay my dad back for the wreck ... well about the insurance ... since i didnt get a ticket we are not gonna claim it .... even though i had full coverage ... bc im first im not 18 and 3 points would add a lot of money in the long run .... and car only valued at 4600 .... with a 500 deduce... so we are gonna "sell" the car ... and sucks it up ... and about the rims ... the left front is bent but the other ones i can get off .... one of those rims should be that much ... maybe like 120 i suppose ...
