i have a couple questions. btw, this is all for a s13 if that matters. and i have coilovers all around.

1) when i drive on the freeway and go over little humps and switch lanes going over the little manapua's on the road, my rear end seems to sway like hell and it feels like the car wants to fly off the road. i don't feel the car steer or anything, it just feels like the rear end is loose. what could it be?
i was thinking maybe my subframe bushings are shit, and need to be replaced, or it could be the little toe in i have in the rear (stock arms, gonna replace them all soon)
it feels unsafe, i wanna get this thing fixed so i can actually have fun driving. its kinda holding me back from doing a around the island cruise to break in my motor :(

2)for the SR20DET equiped s13's in japan, what size exhaust piping do they have STOCK? also, what muffler should be close to the ones they have STOCK in japan? i was thinking using a regular muffler from the s13's we have here in the US, but wasn't sure if it'd cause too much restriction.

your help will be much appreciated. thanks in advance

get camber and toe arms, and get a proper alignment.
then if you still dont like how it feels, replace the bushings

stock s13 muffler will work fine on a stock sr

i was already planning on getting new bushings and adjustable links
i just want to see which of the two would fix the problem, that way i'll know which one to get first ;)

Your coilovers are probably blown. Riding on blown rear shocks is terrifying, it will feel like the rear of the car goes completely airborne over bumps at high speeds.
