Hey, I looked through the first 4 pages in here and didn't find anything so i thought i would ask.
I have parts from my old single came 1990 240 and was wondering if everything would just bolt up if i would swap it onto a dual cam engine? I have heard that u need some sensors. which ones are needed if any? Is the single cam flywheel exactly the same as the dual cam flywheel? thanks

Ian

I have a full 5 spd swap and want to know if i can buy a automatic dohc (91-93) car and do a 5 spd swap without having to get anything else besides some new fluid

yes. its all the same.

only thing i might be worried about is the speed sensor.
im not sure if its the same.

if you find a 95-98 ka.
you need to tap the tranny so you can run the crank position sensor on top.

oops forgot to sign out.

If your original motor/chassis was a SOHC, you will also nee the DOHC power steering lines since the pump and reservoir is on the opposite side of the motor.
