1995 S14 240sx, Base 5spd 193k A/C, Daily Driver, $3500, S13/S30/RWD Trades?

I've got a base model 1995 240sx for sale. 5 speed, has 193,XXX miles, Pearl White, A/C. $3500 FIRM. Located in Hickory, NC.

Good:
-Very reliable S14, driven 350+ miles a week, on interstate/towns/backroads, never any problems. Was my DD till I got my 350Z
-Has a set of 4-lug no-name alloys (also have the stock steel wheels and hubcaps if you want them), newer Yokohama tires
-Interior is in very good shape, still have the factory floormats even.
-Previous owner said car had new radiator, ac clutch, fans, etc.
-I've kept the oil changed, but otherwise haven't had to do any real maintenance to it. Car is extremely stock.
-It's a 95, so no emissions in NC! Perfect for SR/RB Swap.

Cons:
-Dent in bumper - see pic - no quarter panel damage
-probably needs a new exhaust, it's loud, sounds like a hole or crack someplace.
-Radio trim broken/missing, no ashtray, 12v socket works though :uhhuh
-Check engine light was on when I bought it, OBD1, so I've not tried to pull the code, runs great though, very strong.


Trades?
I'm interested in an even swap, or "your car + your cash" swaps, I don't have any money free to trade up to your more expensive car.

-I'll consider any manual trans RWD car, but really interested in:

-S30 240z/260z/280z - Manual Trans, Drivable condition. Prefer Carb setup over EFI. No S130s

-S13 DOHC- especially coupes. Most interested in a Silvia Coupe conversion or a nicely performance modded (Coilovers, 5-lug swap, LSD, and more) S13.

-Will also consider partial trades on 350z parts (Catback, Suspension bits, etc)

Trade for an 1994 325is (180bhp) , 5spd coupe with exactly 200,000 miles on it. Like yours, mechanically there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car and everything on the car is working condition with ice cold A/C to hot heat. The only cons are it has blown shocks, but the good stuff is it has newly installed brakes pads and balljoints.

Shawn240- I dont have photos of the underbody, but I can take a pic of the engine tomorrow and post it for you. It's a southern car, solid underside, I dont believe there is even any surface rust/scale below the car. There is a thumbprint size spot below the 3rd brakelight, not a hole or anything, just a spot, would be an easy sand and paint when the bumper was fixed.

SilNismo - nice looking BMW, I'll keep it in mind, but not exactly what I'm looking for.
