s14 shell, sr motor, KA24de motor

I have a 1996 black s14 full roller just no engine in it. $2000
Also i have:
redtop sr20det with trans has 35000-45000 miles (will also include koyo rad, 12 inch elctric fan, z32 maf, walboro 255 fuel pump) looking to get 2500 with all parts.
Stock ka24DE twin cam. has 76xxx miles on it all stock comes with automatic trans.
