Why buy from us?
Unlike the other companies, we have the vehicles here to mock up the chassis correctly for almost to near perfect tight fitments.
Unlike other companies, we use the highest grade and thickest material for these parts to ensure safety.
Unlike other companies, we just dont hang you a bunch of bars and you figure out where they go and then half the time there not even correct so you have to cut and notch and have fitment issues. Why waste the time?
And like other companies, we specialize in S-Chassis's and cage fabrications.
We are proud to offer a easy to install u-weld roll bar kit for the S-Chassis. The roll bar will be SCCA and NHRA legal. Made from 1 3/4" x .120" wall DOM tubing.
The main hoop will already have the harness bar and diagonal bar pre welded.
Please note that are weld-in roll bars or cages now WILL NOT have pre-notched door bars. Everyone has different size seats and preferences so we will not offer the door bars pre-notched.
Prices are as follows:
S13/S14
4point (no door bars) $325.00 ($150.00 standard truck shipping to business/commercial address $185.00 residential address) X-Brace add $100.00
6 point (with doors bars no modifications available at the moment unless you want to bring the car to us) $385.00 ($150.00 standard truck shipping to business/commercial address $185.00 residential address) X-Brace add $100.00
Formula D Style Full Cage 8 point with X-Door Bars, X-Brace, A-Pillar Bars, Top Windshield Bar (Alot safer than a "halo") $ 725.00 ($150.00 standard truck shipping to business/commercial address $185.00 residential address) Bar behind dash add $75.00
REMEMBER, this will be one of the easiest u-weld cages you will find. And being that we develop everything inhouse guarantees fitment.
Here is an example of the roll bar:

Damn!! Looks good! Has it been tested in a hatch?
Will this work with having stock interior? Would it be possible to order with out the door bars? Also, does it come with all the plates that weld to the strut towers/floor?

On the stock interior part not too sure about that, it looks like it will work. Yes we can do it without door bars, 75.00 less. It will come with everything you need to put it together.

I'm interested, but would like to see pictures of the actual 6 point cage with the side bars and X-bars installed in a hatch.
Ship to 94545-1372 for a S13 hatch with a power sunroof. 6-point cage with side bars and x-bars.
Also, I'm running a C-pillar bar and a rear strut bar so would there be any interference from the 6-point cage?
Thanks.

Sorry we dont have pictures of it installed in a hatch only in the coupe. We should start taking pics of all our cage/bar installs huh ;-)
I think the c-pillar bar maybe an issue but no the strut tower bar.

Can I have a price quote on an s14 6pt w/door no X to 80127
Any pictures of the full cage installed?
Does it follow the A pillar right into the dash?
Also does the main hoop sit close to a non-sunroof headliner? I think I read these fit both sunroof and non-sunroof cars but I think the headliner is higher in a non-sunroof car. Just worried about a gap in a non-sunroof car.
Thanks.

Builds (http://www.mazworx.com/index.php?l=page_view&p=builds)
Or check out any of Enjuku's old drift cars. We did most of them.
A-pillar bar goes through behind the dash. We make the cages as tight as possible.

We havent had a convertible come by so we can take a measure. They are pretty rare around here.

Could you fix the pics on the first page please?
What does it cost to have you guys weld in the 4 point for me? 6point?
Do the door bars require the door panels to be modified?
Also what is the normal amount of time from placement of the order to the cage being ready for pick up?
Thank you

Some local guys and myself contacted Mazworx to buy 5 total roll bars...Some s14 and some s13. We received all 5 within a week and a half of ordering. They provided great service and so far all of us have been happy with the final product
I just finished installing my basic 4 point into my s13 and it came out great. I was able to fit all my interior panels back in with a little trimming and persuasion. Here are some pictures.

That is understandable but if you guys have fabricated the "formula d style cage", you should at least have some pictures right? Its easy to look at a 4pt roll bar kit and see how it should look once installed but it is kind of difficult for the the 8pt one.
This is a kit where people would like to see what it looks like installed so that they would know what to expect when purchasing it. Just my opinion.

^I agree.. I would like to see the clearances of the main hoop to the B pillar/roof on the "Formula D Style" cage. If its on the first page and I don't realise it, then I apologize.
The "Formula D Style" cage should at least have some sorta photo to help the buyer decide if he/she is willing/wanting to go this route.
Some might buy it thinking its going to be ok for daily driving. Getting in and out multiple times a day with legit door bars has got to be a freaking pain. Some may not realise this with out a pic.
But with out a pic the buyer doesn't know.
just my 2 cents.

Here is a good reason why you shouldnt cheap out on roll bar/cages especially thinking about AutoPower ones.
The roof is flattened and the bottoms of the main hoop are through the floorboard.

I've never installed any sort of cage before, so maybe I am doing something wrong... but, how tall is the S13 pre-welded roll bar section supposed to be? Either I am going about getting it in the wrong way, or this thing is a couple of inches too tall. Am I supposed to have to trim it down to fit? Damn, I thought I was going to get it all tacked up at least today =/.
EDIT: I tried removing both seats completely and putting it in the other way before I measured the height of the bar around 44" and it looks like with some VERY heavy persuasion I only have about 42" to work with...

I received 6 flat 6"x6" plates for my 6 pt. bar... They are not bent to fit in 1 shot like mentioned. Just from looking at it I am definitely going to have to bend the plates for the rear strut towers at the very least.
EDIT:
Plates properly bent to fit in 1 shot. Before I read that first post again I was just planning on tacking these particular plates top and bottom then hammering in the sides to contour to the towers. Not a huge deal, but why advertise them as being pre-bent?:

Someone please tell me if I am doing something wrong here. Did anyone else have to cut theirs down to fit? Perhaps I have some oddball 240SX that has a shorter cabin...

I just got off the phone with Mazworx and I was told the plates ARE NOT supposed to be pre-bent like it is advertised in the original post. Also, the main hoop behind the seats is not supposed to fit in one shot like is advertised in the first post. It is left long so you can cut it how you want.
I RECEIVED NO REAL EXPLANATION WHY IT IS BEING ADVERTISED AS A ONE-SHOT INSTALL WITH NO FAB WORK INVOLVED!
Edit: Thanks for the original post edit AFTER I've already made the purchase... I felt like a criminal when I called and was told I was the first one who has ever complained about this... Good excuse to misadvertise a product. I have to be honest I kind of expected at least some sort of partial refund... I was told that S&W does not use DOM in their roll bars, and that is why they are cheaper (in addition to them not fitting as well, but I can't say if they fit well or not. I'm sure Mazworx cannot say either if they don't even know what tubing they use). After a quick google search I found S&W makes an 8 point bar with the exact same tubing (1 3/4" .120" DOM)... I'll let you guys search for that price...
