S14 SR20DET Harness

can i still use an automatic SR20DET S14 engine harness if i want to swap the gearbox and ECU for an M/T one in my '98 S14?

Would be thankful for any help.

To my knowledge there isn't any difference. The engine harness runs only from the ECU to the engine. The tranmission harness is completely different but they can be used interchangeably. You should be fine.
