car is sputtering! dont know why!

ok all of my problems been fixed! car gets fuel/spark everything works and runs great. BUT! everytime i accelerate or even pull the throttle cable it struggle and sputter like how the car is with no MAF or with the MAF plug off. could be vacuum leak somewhere? idk any help would be appreciated thanks.

again, car runs and idk perfect when its not accelerating. but when it does it struggle and sputter til 4krpm then it just act normal. (s14 sr in s14 chassis.!)

could be fule pump or filter, or it might be your o2 sensor going out. if all else its your fule rail or you have some kinda short in the wires to you maf.

Sound fuel related so i would check the obvious first.

Start with the fuel filter. Get yourself a 300zx TT fuel filter.
I had the same problem you're experiencing and it was the fuel filter that was the culprit.

hmm i think i have the same problem... around 1-2k rpms it sputters i dont know if its my exhaust or whatt... but once it hits 3k it goes away... what is it ?

My car does this sometimes lately 2, i have a 1995 s14 with KA24DE and when i get it gas it sputters sometimes and dont wanna really go but idk, another month, month and a half it gets a sr20 :) he he he...

maybe its my sparkplugs? i have walbro already. so yea and theres alot of fuel. but im still using stock fuel filter. ill keep you guys updated. again any other information would greatly appreciated.

i had a similar problem then it got to the point where car would sputter 100% of the time even at idle. U might want to check your coilpacks.

im driving a 95' ka as well. this has been happening for a couple of months. my first guess was that the head gasket was going out. then i replaced the plugs fuel filter and even put a fuel additive. just yesterday i even changed out the cap and rotor. but its still the same. for me it sputters sometimes at idle. and when i get on it it'll sputter at about 2500 rpm and then clear out by 3600 rpm. i've also check the the vacuum lines and they're fine. how do i check the pressure of the fuel pump. also today my cousin said to try and do a compression test

problem fixed! it was the spark plugs the whole entire time. but now it wont boost? you can hear the car boosting but no pull. could it be my coils?

run a bottle of chevron techron, then check for vac leaks.

EGR will cause this

OP if, it was your spark plugs? Re-check your timing, and maybe pull codes.
