what do you all think of the function and usage of the A'PEX Auto Timer.

If i ever get turbo i will defin8ly get one of those, like a year back i read all about them and its the best one on the market, IMO, unless you want the blitz one that is good also.

u dont NEED a turbo
if you go to the track and push the car hard i think its worth getting.

if you could get a timer circuit you could make your own with a bosche style relay for about 2 dollars plus the cost of the timer.

If you have a turbo, get it, if not, a waste of money. But personally i dont have one, but I do like the functions it has on it :)

I have one, I love it. Easy to install and the AR meter works decent. Plus the batt voltage meter is great.

Dousan's right you don't REALLY need a tt. I look at it as one of the perks of having a turbo. Kinda like the cool BOV sound:p

I've found other uses for it as well. Like letting it run to melt snow etc etc..

I can't justify getting that for $99 when IMO the HKS type 1 is the best as far as functionality, and cheaper.

They are all over ebay for about that price. The timer I linked is the International version, and measures in SI units. 0-100km (0-62), 400M (very close to 1/4 mile), ect. You can get the US Spec also, which is what I have.
Also, I don't know the size of the Apexi timer, but the HKS is 1/4 din, and fits anywhere (mine's chilling where my ashtray used to be).
