Well, the goverment has passed a law that has removed all small motorcycles from the dealer showroom floors and you cannot purchase parts either. The f**kin Goverment is taking away our FREEDOM a little at a time. If you would like to help to remove this goverment ban go to this link. It sends a letter to your local congressman.

Issues & legislation of interest to motorcyclists (http://www.amadirectlink.com/legisltn/rapidresponse.asp)

Then click on "stop the ban of youth motorcycles and atv"

Yeah, they are already pretty much out. Which initially I was pissed at but this caused a HUGE push for better four-stroke technology. Have you ridden any of the new four stroke race bikes by the big four? My god! The two-strokes cant hang anymore.

Two strokes will be coming back now that the AMA has redefined the classes for racing.

125cc 2 strokes race together

250 2strokes and 4 strokes race together

450 open.

If you lived in socal you would understand. We are plagued with these tools known as "bros" that love dirtbikes and lifted trucks.

This bill is very broad and affects anything that is imported for children under 13. I put this link up so it would show your local congressman that people care about the details within this bill that was passed on 2/9/09. And there need to be clauses added for certain items. If you care about this issue go to the link provided.

The banning of 2 strokes still has not happened by the way. It's been going on for almost a decade now. And yes some manufactuers don't make certain 2 strokes anymore partly because of the future banning and partly because of demand.

A few days ago my brother went to get a few parts for his Kawasaki Klx 110 and was told they couldn't sell him a single part for the bike because of this law. If that part was also used on other models it too would be discountinued.
