hey i just bought these off my buddy... they have never been used just test fitted. BNIB! there Nismo wheels the previous owner got them directly from Performance Nissan (http://zilvia.net/f/#). the dimensions are 17x7.5 +47 lug pattern 4x114.3 all around and they do not have tires. looking to get 600 BNIB O.B.O.

^ yes idk if you have seen 02-03 spec v wheels on a s13, but it about the same offset
