I think the vid served its point to promote laughter, and maybe sell a couple for gag gifts. I seriously doubt they planned to sell alot of those. Kazama or some other company makes something similar but it tilts the plates at a certain speed. In Japan alot of people just tilt their plates just enough to avoid speed cameras and just leave them. So I doubt they sold alot either.
