Cooling question

I have seen quite a few S13's with an SR swap that have the original shroud removed and still running the O.E. fan. Is this feasible? I have the been wanting to remove mine but, I am a litlle skeptical as to whether or not it is safe. I do have a Nismo T-stat in mine but it is stock in all other ways. Any input from people that have done this is appreciated.

you can do it.. but I don't know why you would want to.. works better with it.

Don't do it. Most of the people you see with out them dont have them on because they dont have them.

clutch fan with a shroud works better than electric fans.
