Paid for psp on the February 6th, said it was shipped but cannot provide me with a tracking #. He comes online constantly and does not even respond to my pms. I've contacted paypal about this.

Really dissapointed with this individual, not a good way to conduct business.

just so you know if he shipped it first class mail international, which he probably did since it's the cheapest method, there wouldn't be a tracking number given for the package. even priority mail international when paid for in person doesn't give a tracking number for international orders. keep that in mind.

Thanks for the input but he mentioned to me that he had the tracking # at home and would forward it to me so i'm not sure exactly how it was shipped.

paypaled recovered only 18 bucks from this guys account.

This guy is a complete scammer. He's been online numerous times.
Hopefully paypal will be able to recover the rest of my funds but I doubt it.
