I've been working on this car for a while now. It has a lot of maintenance and base work done and then also a few probems.

Pros:
the frame is straight. very clean underside with no rust whatsoever.
bushings have been replaced professionally with the rsr bushing kit.
new autozone yellowtop battery with another 34 months on warranty.
recently replaced bearings in the motor.
clutch replaced ~5000 miles ago
fully replaced brakes - rotors and pads. less than 100 miles on the set.
new oil, ngk spark plugs, and radiator fluid.
replaced leaky hatch with wingless hatch. clean.

other parts installed:
JIC magic II coilovers
konig rewind 15X7.5, 0 offset wheels with tires in good condition
industrially welded differential
corbeau fixed back seat
THICK koyo radiator with dual spal fans
s14 seatbelts

And now the negatives:
the car has ~200k miles on it. this is why I replaced the bushings. feels brand new.
car is gutted, except for essestials. I still have all of the interior.
when I had the seat mounted, it was mounted strangely and should be redone. it is on a bride rail.
the muffler was sawn off by one of the previous owners. I have an aftermarket apexi exhaust with which to replace this.
small dent on driver side quarter panel.
satin black paint.

the car had wiring problems so I replaced the harness with one that had been in a car in a friend's yard. his dogs ate some of the front plugs. In the transfer, I had to splice part of the harness and it is still having problems. overall, the wiring needs replacing (I price quoted a wiring harness from a junkyard @ $50). I understand that this is a lot time and effort (took me about 3 hours on the car to do it, not counting the time @ junkyard), so I had no problem reducing the price of the car $400 to it's current price.

The reason I am selling is because between working, school, tutoring, and sweet fight training, I have no time for the hobby any more... so it is just an expensive toy not being played with.

With the money that I have invested into the car, parts, and the labor to get the bushings installed, along with obviously eating a loss due to some negatives, I feel the car is worth $2900. I have an exhaust, zenki lip, and a body kit (busted front bumper, good otherwise) that I will let go for another $350.

Overall, yes I expect to lose some money on everything so do not be afraid to send me any offer!

pics soon!

Pictures certainly would be nice. I'm looking for a 240sx and I'm in Tennessee.
