What did you guys drive before your 240? Or whatever your current DD is....

I drove a Pontiac =( ... Oh well...it was my first car from my dad. My 2nd car was an 1995 Eclipse GST. Pretty fun car to drive but a PITA to maintain, every other day you are replacing something on it =(

I didnt have any AC or PS either on my eclipse cuz i took it out. it was such a pain in the has when you had to make quick moves. do you have any pictures of your integra. i kinda wanna get one... for my everyday bullshit (dd). i will not be a honda tooooner though ;)

I drove a Ford Aerostar for a few months before I got my 240. Then everytime I would wreck my 240 I would drive that damn van again. It was like a constant reminder to not wreck the 240.

Now my S13 is a track car, and I drive a BMW 325is as my daily... =)

i bought the one on the left for $300. didnt run. new plugs and unflooded it and it started right up. drove it for a while untill i realized that gas tank had more rust than gas and any hard left turn would clog the whole fuel system. also, friends sprayed it flat black in my work parking lot while i was at work. my boss freaked. turbo'd the red car and blew it up. swapped motor from rustytankmobile into red car, parted and junked rust car.

Toyota camry before and during the 240, then blew that motor up(bad oil leak unnatended) I got a teggy while I finished my sr swap. Then sold the teggy. Blew up that sr, bought another s13 for while I rebuilt the motor. Then when my car got stolen, (currently) rocking an fc. Actually just picked up another s13 that Im gonna register and them be back on track. I love drifting the seven, so its not a fanboy obsession with the s13, I just love that car. I originally bought it because it was like 400 bucks, ran, and was manual. Been in love ever since. Driven many many different sporty cars (used to work for a dealership repair shop, had many a joy ride in audi's, porsche's mercedes, bimmers, ect, and also driven all the z's, rx8s ect) but nothing feels like an s13 to me. 2002 KIA Optima ---epic fail, but it taught me a lot, like replace the timing belt or itll break.
2000 Acura Integra ---incredibly clean low mileage car that I loved, totalled it on a back road.
1992 Toyota Terce ---my love, got it for free with 205k miles, ran it until 262k, blew the head gasket at 213k :)
1999 Saab 9-3 Turbo ---best dd ever, like driving sitting on a couch and it was quick, mopped ls hatchbacks and some mustangs.
1993 S13 ---Built it from the ground up, loved the car.
1988 RX-7 GXL --- love the chassis, engine died at 210k miles, future track car
1995 Passat GXL VR6 ---dd for now, very comfy.

88 corolla wagon - a good beater...no a/c, no power steering, was an okay fun car
91 celica gt - a decent platform for modding, could have swapped in a 3sgte or turbo the 5sfe, but no suspension mods.
96 hyundai sonata - totalled because a guy didn't know his brakes from his gas pedal
90 240sx fb - better than my other cars and more of a money pit

1987 mazda 323-leaked oil on the manifold and smoked alot, people were always telling me i needed coolant
2002 hyundai elantra - Lowered on stechs with tiburon struts and sways, 15x7 wheels that weighed like nothing, and 205/50 kumhos. great gas mileage, four doors made it fun to carry friends around, even though it would scrape everything with people in the back. handling was marvelous except for the numb steering. I'm thinking of buying another one as a daily while i mod the s14.

93 Prelude Si, kitted out, cf hood, wheels, bolt ons, jdm headlights. i loved this car back in 01-03. i should dig up a pic of it. it would be considered rice now.... but back then shit was hot especially up here... we were way late on the import scene. i was the first import in town with a real cf hood, and first to rock black aftermarket wheels. also was one of the few (less than 5 or 6) cars that were kitted, and actually painted. too bad it was slow, only ran a [email protected] (ithink, i forget the exact trap). never ran it when i installed the new header + new clutch/flywheel. felt about 15.0 after that. if i knew what i did now, i would have spent the 1500 i paid for the body kit and hood and the 2k for new paint on a dope turbo setup.

back then when i posted on different prelude forums seemed like lots of us were moving on to 240s, i was expecting more of you guys to have had 4th/5th gen ludes. i think a 4th gen lude would have been perfect had it been rwd. then i might have kept it
