They actually sit higher than the bride and nagisa rails.

i think that a A/C belt that your selling and not a Power steering belt.

It is the S13 P/S belt too, 4PK880 (look here: POWER ENTERPRISE USA (http://www.powerenterpriseusa.net/products/engine/timing_belt/timing_belt.htm)). A/C and P/S are same depending on year.
