So im bull****ing at work today, and I moved to a new Pep Boys in a better town. I see alot of vettes, vr4s, gsx's, MB and BMWs... but today..... TODAY my friends...

a white MCS14 pulled into the ONE spot directly across from my office.... I sat and stared forever while my boss is sitting there babbling about bull**** I couldnt recall if my future MCS14 depended on it.....

well, i question the owner when he came out...told me it was custom built in Japan, and he just got it cause it took a while to convert it.

So after he popped the hood, and I sat vacantly staring at the KA24DE, with the steering wheel in the LEFT....and Nissan 240SX symbols all over the fauker, I said to myself, did I not just tell this kid I was huge on these cars and working two jobs just to eventually own one? Did he not understand that when you do something like that you are usually (90%) going to know a thang our four about it...

prick ass bitch... lemme find you again, with your fake ass rims and nice ass car. Did you thank mommy and daddy mother ****er?!

and you two bastards with the 90 civic with a BMW emblem and the AWD emblem from a scobby on the back....how about you faukers...assholes

So i fell in love and my heart was broken

So the guy told you the reason he's just now getting his '97-'98 is because it was in Japan getting custom built for the last 5-6 years? OMG I hope I didn't understand your story right--if I did, that would mean people are even more stupid than I had originally thought

and why go to all the trouble to have it custom built with a KA24DE? And why change it to LHD? I think RHD is just badazz!

since the car was JDM, he couldn't convert it to JDM. so... he had to convert it to something... and no one likes Europeans, so might as well do a USDM conversion.

I would think the RHD would lose it's novelty the first time you try and pass another car.

europe has silvias and "200sx's" with sr20dets, and also has a lot of grey market 180sx's. I like europe!
:-)
(btw there are also some grey market 2.4 liter's lurking around, though I can' t fathom why).
My girlfriend lives in Ukraine and they just drive whatever, left hand, right hand, I saw an sr20DE powered left hand drive hatchback, an sr20det powered right hand drive silvia, a left hand drive ka24DE hatch back. Yeah, its a mess. I still can't figure out the left hand drive sr though. Even though it was a non turbo, its still odd.

Trying to pass on a two lane, two way road in a wrong-hand car isn't fun.

Oh yes, that was the one with the rotary engine that had forged pistons and ran 12's on the quarter. What an outstanding car that POS was.

You can't see around the other car's with right hand.
Thats why you put a huge ass turbo on. You can hang far enough behind traffic to see around it, and when you stomp the gas you fly by so quick that you don't need to get real close.
:-)
at least that was my thinking. But seriously, in a RHD, you couldn't get drive through, couldn't use ATM's, couldn't get the ticket in parking garages, and more than likely would be hassled to hell and back by cops if you ever got pulled over.
