turbo & boost controler help

ok heres my problem i got an offer for my future turbo set that was once on my turbo tacoma. the set up was a gt32 tuned with greddy e01 and emanage. i was offer enough to upgrade my current set up with a new turbo and management. my delima is what turbo to use the gt2871 or the gt3071. my hp goals are 350ish when im done. i mainly use my car for ddin' and the wkend mtn trips. i did a lot of research today and the 28 seems to start maxing out closer to 400hp and the 30 seems to have lag, which would be fine for the occasional drag racing i do but not for the twists. i also dont know shit about tuning a car but i can rebuild one with some ease. so should i keep the e01 and emanage or should i change it up with something simple that a :eek:tard like myself could use.

freddy intake
3in exhaust
s15 turbo
and reflash

planned mods
mild cams
exhaust manifold
bigger maf(q45 or z32)
and turbo
