ES Subframe Insert With Subframe Spacer?

I'm about to order subframe spacers along with a full arm kit and will prolly get the ES HyperFlex kit later too. I was wondering if anyone can tell me whether I can use the ES subframe inserts with aluminum spacers/collars.

You can use the upper spacers. The lowers depend on how many steps you have in your spacers. Some has 2 some have 3. Most of the 2 tiers fit. The 3 tiers hit the retaining ring on the ES. You can always shave down the retaining ring and/or just use the inserts.

My question is why? Doubt 2 strips of Poly will make it any more stiffer then the alum has already.

I'm getting all PBM stuff. I wanna get aluminum spacers but at the same time the inserts will be coming with the kit. So I figure I might as well use them both.
