I'm not getting any spark..

I've rebuilt the motor and the chassis has been sitting for awhile but i reconnected everything and it spins but doesn't fire.

fuel pump is working because i can see fuel when i pull the lines.
motor is spinning/cranking but not firing.

i checked all wiring with a multimeter from injector, tps, coil and dizzy wiring and they all got signal/power.

just to make sure i'm doing it correctly... i put the multimeter on 50 ACV and stuck the red probe in different plugs and black probe on the motor/body grounds.
they all got ~120DC.

if everything gets power upto the distributor, is the dizzy bad?
I don't understand what the problem is :(

im pretty sure your timing is off.
you might have spark, you just dont think you do.
pull the spark plug wire with a plug in it, put it against metal and crank the car.
you should see spart. if you don't have spark with this method then you don't have power to the plug.
which could be caused by a bad ground, cut wire, bad distributor/coil etc.
also try a different ecu. sometimes those magically go bad

Na, no spark.
tested everything.

I'm gonna take the dizzy off for a different one to see if it helps.
I'll reset it to TDC then rotor to #1 plug.

I have power to everything until it gets to the dizzy.
dizzy wiring leading from the harness has power.
coil wiring and coils all get power.
and then no power afterwards.

it's gotta be the dizzy..
i'm hoping its the dizzy anyways.

even if timing is off, wouldn't it start?

you sound like you have the same issue as I do, my car started after rebuild but now it wont start and the spark is weak, wont turn over, I think my dizzy might be bad but I have an obd2 and they are expensive new.

I got spark now :)

I just swapped my dizzy and it's got a strong spark.
check your plugs too.

Now I have other problems: http://zilvia.net/f/tech-talk/239273-compression-fuel-spark-start.html
