Wipers Won't Stop when Amp is Installed

Ok, I have a 98 Kouki with a 98 Kouki SR. I made sure the wires are pinned correct, I made sure the pins were right for Wiper High, Wiper Low, Intermittent, Off, and heck even the spray. Right now with the Amp off, I have once speed, Intermittent doesn't work, and Low and High are just low. If I install the Amp, the wipers won't turn off, any suggestions?

There are a couple of things that could be wrong. I need to think about it for a little bit.

Okay, there could be many things wrong with your car.

What model is your car? Did your car come from the factory with adjustable intermittent wipers? Why are you rewiring the wipers?

I would get an FSM and make absolutely sure that every single wire is correct. We'll go from there.

So for everything is wired up right, I repinned everything to work,, heck the only thing I haven't pinned is the 5th gear position switch and the AAC
