I recently got a nismo FPR from Structure240sx (http://zilvia.net/f/members/structure240sx.html) (thank you) and I put it in today. Just to make sure I did things right, I took some pics and wanted to show you my setup and hopefully you could help me in case I might be running too rich or lean.
I installed it normally you know and adjusted it to 43psi at idle with the vacuum connected (normal?) and it goes to about 50psi when reved up to 2-3k. Here is how it's setup.
RED is where the lines are running

The fuel lines are all new and so is the fuel filter. They probably have a total of 3 miles on them just in case that might help.
After this setup I noticed smoke/black stuff coming from my exhaust and that is partially why I bought the FPR in the first place. I thought the black stuff was because it was running way too rich. So I put a cardbard thing by my exhaust and made a little vid
Here is the video I made...

First set rev: 3 taps up to 2-3k rpm
(Light amount of black stuff hits cardboard)
(A good amount of smoke comes out after last rev has ended)
Second set rev: Slow incline to 3k rpm
(Smoke after rev has ended again)
Third set rev: Reving from 3-4.5k rpm a few times
(spews a small amount of stuff out)
Fourth set rev: Couple taps at 2k rpm
(Nothing)
Here is the cardboard afterwards:

Most of it looks like water so I'm not too worried just confused. But there is some black stuff and idk what it could be. Im guess unburnt fuel? But that would mean I am still running rich right? How do I know when I am too lean? I just want a basic stock tune with maybe 1-2 psi of fuel pressure over normal just to play it safe.
Oh yea I drove the car for about 15 minutes about a week ago and took it to 5.5k 3 or 4 times so I don't think it's because the car has been sitting.
The SR is a mostly stock S13 SR with basic stuff like a Walbro 255, FMIC, RAS and other basic stuff. Nothing really internal.
So yea I don't know what the smoke is. Dunno if it's normal, or terribly bad. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. :wiggle:
