just did 5 speed

so i just finished my 5 speed swap.
i drive it, everything is good.
i let a friend drive it, he revs it in Nuteral and the noise begins:aw:
its not a grinding noise, it sounds like as if something is loose inside the clutch part of the trany.
the only thing i can think of is the bearing and sleeve on the clutch fork is loose.
The the car can be in N and if you rev it the noise gets louder. no idea what it can be. any ideas?

throw out bearing is the first thing that came to my head.

could also be that the flywheel and/or pressure plate may not be on tight enough.

so i took the trans off again, bearing seems to be fine. when i did the swap the first time around i left the original b/c the exedy one wouldnt spin when i put it on the sleeve. what way does the exedy one go on?
