is the knock sensor harness brand new? My clip is broke and keeps falling off, must be a common thing i guess? I will take it if so.

Got the knock sensors - they are both cracked/melted and corroded.
They are not useable in this condition.

I have sent them back to you.
USPS 1st Class 9101785091401921434308

I would appreciate a refund to my PayPal account - ironic that you had me send a PayPal payment considering the the link in your sig.

I don't use paypal, hence you sending it to a friend. I don't buy into their scam but people don't seem to be able to pay in any other form.

Both sensors tested fine, as I said in PM. Corrosion has no effect on the sensor's operation, how do you think cars in Northern climates get by? If you wanted new, show quality sensors, you should have said so. I would have bought brand new ones, charged you full retail, and mailed those instead.

I didn't expect "new or show quality", but cracked and or melted is not useable in my book. I'm not looking to pick a fight - I sent them back to you on my dime, you'll have them in a few days. I'd simply like my money back.

You should have the returned sensors today or tomorrow.
Please have your friend process my refund.
Thank You.

Yes as far as knock sensors goes a cracked sensor housing and or even melted housing has no effect on teh knock sensor itself it just looks bad cosmetically.

IMHO their condition should have been disclosed - I can't use them like this.
Once the plastic cracks they are on their way to failure.

USPS tracking shows them are delivered back to you since the 19th.

I would appreciate a refund of my PayPal transaction.

Thanks

got any speed sensors?

Well as far as the egr temp sensor do you think it would get rid of my code 35..the code for that sensor. I've tried checking to make sure my egr valve works by reving and feeling underneath the diaphragm to see if it lifts. I've felt it lift, then sometimes it seem like you have to reach for a certain spot to tell.

Welcome to almost a year ago. I never had any speed sensors listed then, why would I suddenly have any now?

The temp sensor shouldn't affect operation of the valve, as S13s never used one, it's more for diagnostic purposes. Either way, I don't have one, this thread is from February. Foll above bumped it without reading.
