What do I need to do a 5 lug Swap and Z32 brakes front and rear on a 1995 S14 240SX Base Model. I have done a search and cannot find an exact answer to my question.

You need S14 front and rear hubs.  Z32 calipers and rotors.  30mm or 26mm.  5 lug rims...that fit your blot pattern (5x114.3)  Rear Z32 rear ebrake cabels with drum brake, and calipers, rotors.

You'll need new brakes lines made for the rear.
And you'll need new brakelines for the front (PDM sells them)

BTW, the rear install is a little tricky, I have yet to do it, I have all the parts...but just haven't got around to messing with it.

Don't forget the SE front knuckles also, the front hubs won't fit in the non-SE knuckles. I can't remember if you'd have to drill your strut holes out on your model or not. I posted this on an earlier thread also- look back a coupla weeks worth.

hey glenM....when ur done will ya post with details??? theres been other threads like v8killer says but never a complete final answer. are there problems on the rear that need to be worked out??? i wont get to my swap till late 01 or early 02 but want to gather all parts. thanks in advance!!

I too have a base 240, instead of doing a 5 lug swap, couldn't I buy bigger rotors and still use the 300Z calipers?

Yes, you could just up-grade to the Z32 rotors and calipers. &nbsp;And get new front brakes lines to mate with the calipers.

Also you would need to re-drill the 300zx (Z32) rotor to a 4 lug pattern (4x114.3)

my reason for hub swap is to get 5lug.....MUCH wider choice of wheels, so if u havent gotten wheels yet consider full swap unless u already know what 4lug wheels u want!

When I did the base model to s14 5 lug and z32 brakes this is what I got...I got the front se knuckes with the hub on them and I ended up buying the entire rear crossmember because the diff had the vlsd on it...but from the rear you need the rear hubs...the base model brakes are the same size and so are the rotors so don't worry about needing those...as for as the z32 brakes go you need the calipers and rotors...also you are gonna need to either rig your s14 brake lines to work or do what I did which was head down to earls buy 2 18&quot; steel braided lines 2 45 degree elbows to put into the calipers and 2 of those things that adapt the brake line to the fitting that comes out of the car

thanks zeroGS14! to clarify....240SX SE knuckles with 5lug hub, Z32 calipers and rotors, and Earls ss hoses with necessary fittings to fit Z32 calipers (front).
at the rear u simply swapped an SE crossmember to get LSD and left stock SE calipers and rotors?<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>....or did u also upgrade rear calipers and rotors to Z32??
