help timing problem

can anybody help me out here i tried searching but didt find anything i was looking for. i swapped my friends s14sr20 motor with another s14sr20 motor but this one didnt have the cas on it so i had to retime it

i set the motor to tdc and set aligned the cas with its marks i got the motor running but its kinda shaky and im pretty sure the timing is still off
also i didnt take off the valve cover to do this so yeah

i forgot exactly which of the marks on the cas was the right one but i alighned it with the on on the right side

anybody have a pic of the timing or diagram or something i can see

bump forgot to add that this motor is an s14sr20det and not a ka, anybody have any info
