Yes, this is a repost of my car. I had my buddy Dan post it since he's been a member here for a while and I obviously have not. I know nobody likes buying from a new guy but there are a few people here who know me and I'm pretty sure will vouch for me. ;)
Anyway, on to the car!
Brief overview:
·1989 Nissan 240sx coupe. 254,000 mi on chassis. Nissan RB25DET engine. The car has approx 8000 miles on it since the drivetrain swap and complete interior and suspension overhaul.
Body/chassis:
·No rust and never wrecked. Looks decent at a distance but it could use paint (the body is the only aspect of this car that I haven't addressed).
Drivetrain:
·RB25DET S2 GTS-T Skyline engine.
·Garrett GT3076r turbo with braided AN oil and coolant lines.
·38mm external wastegate.
·FMIC w/ HKS SSQV BOV.
·Greddy intake w/ 90mm Q45 throttle body.
·Has s14 p/s and the wiring and compressor are in place for a/c though the lines still need modified.
·New spark plugs and oil change (mobile1 syn).
·Custom built 3" downpipe connected to Apex-i GT SS exhaust.
·Spec stage 3 clutch.
·RB25DET transmission.
·1 piece steel driveshaft.
·Infiniti J30 vlsd differential w/ J30 axles.
·Battery relocated to the trunk.
·Dif fan controller.
The engine currently puts down 270 at the wheels but is capable of 400 with injectors, management and a z32 MAF. About $1k in parts.
Suspension:
·All bushing replaced with energy suspension bushings.
·SPL front tension rods
·Kazama tie rod ends.
·Peak Performance s14 outer tie rod arms.
·Front power brace.
·Megan RUCA's.
·Stance GR+ Pro coilovers (less than 4k mi.)
·Front and rear STB’s.
Wheels/Tires/Brakes:
·Volk SE37 wheels. 17x9.5 rear 17x8.5 front. These were limited production and weigh about 15 lbs a piece.
·Rear tires: Nitto 555 255/40/17 Almost shot.
·Front tires: General Exclaim UHP 245/40/17 Brand new.
·Infiniti Q45 brakes in front and s14 drilled and slotted rotors in rear.
·Car has been swapped to 5 lug hubs with s14 front spindles and Peak Performance hubs.
Interior:
·The interior has been swapped to black/grey.
·350z seats.
·Digital HUD dash.
·Power window and locks.
· Perfectly functional moonroof.
·15% tint.
·Redline leather shift and e-brake boots.
·Alpine iDA-X200 head unit with ipod cable.
·Wired for an amp and sub but I never installed one.
I daily drive this car and it has never let me down. It's very fast and incredibly fun to drive but I’m looking for a change. I'm asking $10k for the car and I will consider trades or trade + cash. The car is currently in Fort Collins CO but I'll be in socal in mid March if anyone out there is interested...
