I have an incredible wiring issue.
If you can figure it out, I will pay you.
But, seriously, I have never seen this before.
There is like a Headunit Wiring harness, under my seat?
Take a look:

On a side note
I checked every single fuse.
I wired up the correct wires just to turn it on, and it didn't at all.
Tomorrow im going to test with a multi-meter.

looks like someone relocated their head unit under their seat.
http://installdr.com/InstallDocs/Nissan/PDF/647005.pdf
go to page 7 and wire the headunit up correctly.

Already done all that.
I hooked it up, turned the ignition to "on", and nothin...
I only hooked up the main 3 wires.
The Ignition 12v, constant 12v, and ground
Checked every single fuse, not a one is blown.
Can I just hook it straight to the battery to test it out? Or would I need a 10amp fuse in the line somewhere?

Have any advice on how to install just the HU?
I get no power whatsoever when hooking up the Ign. 12v, cons. 12v and ground
Any suggestions?
Just got done double checking every single fuse again, all good.

There was an amplifier or remote deck under the seat, no big deal.
Do you have +12V on both the constant and accessory? Don't just check fuses, sometimes a fuse can be bad but not look like it. Check for power directly at the leads in the dash, then go from there. Remember that the constant lead power the clock, power antenna, and a few other things. The accessory lead turns the clock on as well too. So if your clock is working fine, you've got damage to the harness somewhere.

OOOH OOOH OOH MAYBE IT'S BODY SONIC!!! One rare feature on anniversary edition Z31s was a pad thing that was part of the front seats that basically applied bass directly to the seat. Maybe somebody carried it over to your car. It would have had an amp looking thing under the seats as well as some kind of speakers on the seat.

I remember that shit, we took a few of those out when I worked in car audio all those years ago.

All I know is OP needs to learn to use the MOTHERFUCKING MACRO function on his camera so his pics aren't all blurry and out of focus.

Give me a break, it's an old 5mp camera, its not going to take quality shots....
Im just removing all the wiring, but, I still lack a multi-meter till next week.
Can I just make it so I have the Constant 12v+ on both?
So even when the car is off, I can still turn it on and shit?

My camera is an old 5MP camera too, and it's been dropped, and that also has nothing to do with using the MACRO or not.
Macro tells your camera you're trying to take pics of something up close, so it will focus on it better.
You can take a $98724365901874590757154 camera that takes 189476589234581754987236897165 megapixel pics and take close up shots of something without the MACRO function and it will STILL come out blurry as fuck and out of focus.

I guess I have no idea where it's at?

So your saying the one with the plug is the 12V?
and the other one is for the Speaker?

Looks like it. The other blue will be twisted up with the pink wire, that's the RR speaker. However you *should* have two blue wires that show accessory, that white plug with three wires has one in it too, that's the plug for a slave audio unit from Nissan. So is the black plug with a single wire, red/yellow. You can use either of the accessory blue wires and tape the other off or tie them both together. Doesn't matter.

So, I should tie both of the blue wires together and use them as the 12V igntion?
Right now im not to worried about the speaker wires.
I just want to get the HU some power to verify it works.
I need :
12v+ Constant
12v+ Ignition
Ground
Right?
When I check the Audio fuse, the fuse isn't blown or anything, the fuse is really loose though, like if I hit a bump it would fall out loose...
I tried multiple fuses, all do the same.

You've got a few wires in the S13 head unit area that you will never use again. Don't ask me what they're for but I never used them for any of my installs. I just ended up tie wrapping (or zip tie) them up and out of the way in there.
You're having trouble because there's two BLUE wires coming out of that mess. You need a volt meter to find out which one is the "accessory on" wire. Or you could just test the wires one at a time until your head unit comes on. That's what I did. Once you get it all figured out, WRITE IT ALL IN YOUR FSM, or whatever service book you have.
Oh and that "OTHER" blue wire.....? I cut mine down a bit so that I will never confuse them again. Do you have an FSM? If so check if for the correct speaker wiring color breakdown so that you get it right the first time.
Good luck.

Thanks.
Yeah, I was just seeing if there was a way since I don't have a multimeter right now.

Fuseblock is damaged, some fool jammed a fuse tap into one of the sockets. Take the fuse and bend the prongs outward a little, away from the main body of the fuse, now plug it in. Should fit tight.
