3 wires pulled out of ECU...need to re-pin. How?

So because I had a bind I have 3 wires that pulled out of my sr20det ECU. My question is: How do i pull the pins out of the ECU plug and re-install these wires?

You need to take the wiring harness plug out of the ecu first. Get a really small screw driver (VERY SMALL) or small pick (they also make a tool specificly designed for this). There is a small peice of plactic holding the pin in. You need to push up on the little plastic piece inside the pin port and pull the pin out. This is easy but I understand that your scared of messing something up. Once you get the pin out try and get it open and recrimp the wiring on (then solder the wire so you KNOW it wont some off again)

Thanks man. the issue I am having is getting the pin out. I will definitely be soldering like you said. I'll take a fresh look at it tomorrow and hopefully get it. No pics necessary as of yet. I appreciate the help though.
