:p Guess what guys. I got real lucky the other day. I went to the junk yard the other day and pulled me out a viscous lsd out of a wrecked 240sx. I need some help/advice from you guys though. What fluid do you put in these lsd rear ends? I think there is a special lubricant for lsd rears, but need confirmation from pros. I hated to see this wrecked 240sx, but it was good that I got the lsd for my car. I got it for $40. Yes, it has the orange tag and I checked it out for myself internally. I also need to know if you guys have ever used the royal purple gear and manual tranny lube. I need some info please. Thanks in advance. ;)

The differential that is shown in the install has two bolts on the rear cover and not four like mine has. And does somebody have the factory manual that can tell me exactly what to use. The guy used words like "I think it was" which shows that he is not sure of what to use. Guys please help out. I thought more people would help out. Oh well.

Its an LSD, not like its hard to put on and put gear oil in it.

BTW, that install was a 300zx LSD on a s14, pretty much the same way as a s13 and the same way to install the vlsd on a s13. Except for buying the flanges ;)
