Ok I just bought a pair of old recaros that have a lot of damage...basically need to replace the fabric. The seats feel good, but they are ugly as hell cosmetically.

Anyone know how much it costs (if its possible) to fix them at a shop?

what's the fabric? The type of fabric used to reupholster the seat will play a big factor in determining the cost

just some old recaro fabric...i dont care what fabric they use, as long as i can keep it down to 100-150 a seat.

the seats are comfortable as hell still even if they are ugly as hell

ok i got a quote in case anyones wondering

150 to patch it up with closest matching material he has, 275 to recover the whole seat. this is at a small shop in oakland with a very nice old man, so pm me if anyone in the bay area wants to know

he said he'd do an entire carpet in the car for 450, but thats too much for an s13, haha

i used it on my bride several times over the course of a couple years and never had any problems with it. wal-mart and autozone carry it for a little over 2 dollars a can around here.
a can won't cover that much though, maybe 2 seats once

woolite - thats what us ITR guys Cleaned Alcantra w/.

Have to be Gentle - Mixture etc.Google for omse old Honda-tech sites as I'm sure your seats need the same amount of Care done to them to keep them looking good afterwards.
