WTT: Two-tone for coupe

I just cant get out of the mindset of wanting to paint my car a different color.
I'm am looking for a DD able 91-93coupe with black interior to trade for my car

Details of my car:
1989 240sx coupe XE Seafoam green two tone
location Chapel Hill, NC
186k miles on original motor and chassis.
power windows and sunroof work fine. AC doesn't work because the condenser clutch fell off at a drift event
manual seatbelts (taken off of a maxima)
minor surface rust around sunroof
clear coat is coming off on parts of hood and trunk.
sound deadening tar removed except for driver side (to prevent from burning up myself up in the car)

Things I am taking with me:
-The wheels and tires
-Shift knob
-Head Unit
-Broadway mirror
-panda in the back and lemur
-exhaust

Basically I want to trade shells

I am open for trades as long as:
1.) The car runs good. (because I will be daily driving it.)
2.)5 speed. (I cant drive automatics. well i can but... eh)
3.)Preferably not rusting or minor rust.
4.)Preferably white or black exterior. or any other color with black interior
5.)preferably stock or lightly modded
6.)has a clear title
Hopefully somewhere in the southeast region.
