97 240's headlights and foglights

for the headlights of 97 240, should I get a pair of H1 or H4 bulbs?
for the foglights, it should be H3 right?
can you guys tell me how to change the bulbs of the stock foglights? to me, it looks like I have to take the bumper off to do it.
I've just got this 240, so don't know much about it.
pls help.

I know everywhere you look it says for the low beams for '95-'98 240SX it is H4...but they are ALL WRONG!  '97-'98 use H1 low beams, and I know this for a fact.  And yes, the stock fogs are H3...I'm not sure how to change them on the '97-'98's but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have to take off your bumper.  There should be some screws down there somewhere to take the fogs off.

Quick way to tell is to look on the glass housing of the light itself. You will see it's marked H1 by the low beam, and HB3 by the high beam.

As for the fog lights, you don't have to pull the bumper. If your hands are nimble you can reach around the back to take the cover off. If not, then you can unbolt the fog lights from the bumper. It's held in with 3 bolts. One is the black on the radiator inlet of the bumper, the other is in the side opening towards the outside of the car, and one below.
