thanks guys, just curious why you like the track edition so much? the rims? not wide enough to support a good size tire..? brembos can be had for 1100$ and you cant fully disengage VDC (vehicle dynamic control) that comes standard on all track models all the way, i have TCS that can be turned off 100% at all speeds with the push of a button. no other differences same lsd etc.

Where did you get this info about the VDC? I could drift my 03 track just fine with VDC off. Also I always saw brembos sell for $2000 on the forums. For me and maybe others I bought the track cause I wanted the 18" rays and brembos and didnt want to pay $3000 for that stuff later and still not actually have the track model.

I think your price is pretty good as long as that repaint wasnt due to an accident. I sold my 03 track late last year for $18k with 25k miles, factory nav and leather.

i already stated the veh was NEVER in any sort of accident EVER to keep bringing it up hurts my feelings :wtf: really interested partys can carfax to varify. the car was keyed but i could have had that repaired anywhere. car was shipped to ca for a nice custom job.. i never bumped this shit parking!! PPG paint was used primer, base, clear.. all moldings removed jambs painted under the hood under hatch with removed inner plastic (all the way to headliner) the engine bay was not painted factory color in there is like a gray primer (not color matched factory) factory color was CS (light silver) i didnt think it was necessary looks good as is.

also the vdc problem is at lower speeds iirc & idk if it would be affected while drifting.. i also have no 1st hand experience with it but is one of the reasons i went with the model i did my research while buying and it was all over the forums.
