Help!! with s14 possible diff bushing

need to figure out a knocking noise in rear when car weight shifts foward from either tapping breaks or shifting while going up hill . .... asked my friend he said possible diff bushing .. any input will be usefull please help..

It's the sub frame bushings. You need to put some subframe collars, or spacers, or some solid aluminum bushings. The collars are the easiest to install.
