Any opinions on these guys? I've never used or heard of their products...
I'm looking for a good set of 550cc's...think they'll last or would you recommend something else?

I've heard many complaints. But a few close people I know haven't really had any problems.
But if it were me, I'd go with another company.

please give us some more details. Those with problems, who did they end up going with and what issues did they have?

i am curious about them too. i was leaning toward them but have read a few different places that people call them 'deathworks'. i have never heard a specific problem.

No point in me getting into it. Don't want to have any badmouthing going on.
If for any reason the OP had problems with DEATSCHWERKS I'm sure they will take care of the problem.
As for people calling them, "deathworks" I think they just don't know how to pronounce the name.
Falkon240 has deatchwerks and hasn't run into any problems.
I'd say Sard injectors would be fine.

I will agree many even praising them say 'deathwerks'...those that did have problems came sticking injector...one should know that pretty fast and I am sure that company would have another overnighted.
I shopped them for my stock injectors totally on price. I knew I wasn't going to keep my KA at stock power or possible even at all.
I spoke to them on the phone and they are a rarity not to be a constant busy or direct to VM and 'we will call you back' which never happens.

Thanks for the support guys.
We do offer a 1 year warranty on all our injectors. And each set comes with it’s own flow report with data for each injector. If you want to check a report out, we have a sample here (http://www.deatschwerks.com/ebay/webreport_sample.jpg)
As far as injector failure rates, we track and monitor all warranty claims. Our failure rate is well under 1% and our warranty claim turn around time is less than 3 days. :bigok:

I talked with Jody there (yes a guy) and he is awesome. I haven't had a chance to send them back for flow testing, but after 3 years, my car is good maintenance so I check my plugs for any problems pretty often + plugs will tell you a lot about injectors, so far not whitening for lean conditions.
It would be great if I could send them back for service, which I will do very soon and come back with a review. Probably post them in Chat section of the website. YES I still have the form Jody, just matter of getting them out. A 3 year review shouldn't be bad on a built SR running a 2871R.

I just wanted to say that with the internet now and forums sometimes it's easy to get just terrible info.
One person has a problem and now 20 others claim the same yet (and this has happened with higher end parts) more people are complaining than the company sold that part.
On the flipside and I have been burned by this...something 'neat' comes out and you see a bunch of positive reviews. You buy and find out it's a piece of crap so you ask WTF? Next you find out "well I didn't actually buy one, but 'my friend' has it so I said it was mine"
I only have one experience with Deatschwerks and it's been positive.

Really great guys to deal with and the prices on their products cannot be beat. I had them clean, service, and test a set of 370's for me. I almost went with a set of 480's but the guy who does my ECU tunes told me that pretty much all of his customers that used DW injectors with his tunes had issues, and in his experience they idled inconsistently/irregularly. DW wanted to talk to him about it to try to figure out what was going on and solve the issue, they talked a few times but I dont know what became of that. Other than that I had read that they are factory cores that are bored out to flow a certain amount, not brand new in a sense of say Sard, Apex, Nismo, etc. but basically a high quality rebuilt injector. That is why you send your cores back to them. I wish I had more to say other than the injectors they serviced for me are holding up great and I would send them injectors in the future. I would give them a try.
