F/S:1990 S13 Hatch 5spd..

Looking to get rid of my hatch in favor of a coupe. Car has 234xxx miles on the chassis and 162xxx on the engine. Car pulls strong and gives me no problems. Registered and smogged until 11/09

Changed within the last 4 months:

Fuel pump
Nismo Motor Mounts
Thermostat
Head gasket (car did not over heat caught it right when it happend and had it towed and fixed)
Full engine gasket overhaul
O2 sensor
fuel filter
Slave cylinder
oil changed ever 3k
new windsheild


The goods:

300zx front calipers/brake set up
Nismo motor mounts
Nardi 350 wheel with Boss hub
Falken Hanabi silver wheels 17x9 +20 4 lug with 235/40-17 FK452 (5k miles on tires)
Eibach sportline springs with Tokico HTS adjustable struts
Sony CD player

The bad:

Cracks on the dash (normal on s13's)
cracks on the front and rear bumpers (earl sheib paint job by previous owner)
one tie rod needs to be replaced (minor steering wheel shake at 40mph)
A/C does not work (needs a new compressor)

it's a 92' SE HUD KA24DE blah blah white with all the usual, it had a blown headgasket so I had the head completely redone and did the gasket, all it needs is 1 injector and a fuel rail, why I don't want to keep it? it's an auto and I have no money for the conversion.
