I ask because I installed my welded diff a few weeks ago and today I throw my S13 on the lift to get my exhaust done and notice that some of my axle bolts are loose. WTF? I torqued them down.

Is it ok to reuse them? I just wanna know if I made a mistake in doing that.

Right now I am looking for new ones. But do I order from the dealer or does someone know if I can say get some ARP or similar bolts to replace them. I'm not liking the idea of my axle coming loose on the highway or the track.

Yes its fine, you probably need new lock washers.
I always put locktight on mine too (Green/Medium)

Are the lock washers installed? If not, they will loosen up but reusing them is fine as long as all hardware is put back.

Yes, there ok to reuse.

Its a common problem that when you take a bolt off that has been there for along period of time, they tend to come loose again. It is recommended that you use the lock washer and a medium locking adhesive. Then re-check the nuts about a week later for safety.

Same thing i did when i installed my welded diff, no worries.
